Building Renovation

Our clients bought a building that previously housed a bank to convert to a real estate office. The exterior was plain and unassuming. To help emphasize the entryway, we added height and a masonry exterior to make it warm and inviting.

Metal sun shades were added across the front of the building. With 45 degree angle slats, these shades reduce sunlight coming into the south facing windows during the summer, thereby reducing energy costs.

The ramp railing was changed to glass to be better integrated into the contemporary feel of the exterior. The handicapped access was upgraded to current code standards.

The end result is a stylish, contemporary building that attracts and welcomes clients.
