Integrated GroundWorks & Design offers design and site planning for commercial, industrial, retail, and residential properties. Barrier free, as well as green concepts and features are integrated into the design for an energy efficient, accessible structure.
Concept drawings, construction drawings, proposal drawings, interior design, space planning, renderings, fly-throughs are available to help you visualize the project before investing into the next phase. Energy evaluation and carbon footprint report is available with building design.

What types of design do you do?

Commercial, industrial, office and retail both new builds and renovations; interior space planning and design; homes.

Will you help me rezone my property?

We often submit rezoning applications on behalf of our clients.

Can you handle site planning as well?

We do site planning.

I think the project I have in mind will need a structural engineer. What do you recommend?

We have several professional engineers we can recommend or we can work with someone you have retained. We also have other professionals should your project require them.

How does the payment schedule work? Do I have to pay everything up front?

The first consultation is done at no cost. Each project is unique, but generally there is a deposit up front, 2 more payments due during the project and the remaining 10% upon completion.
