Converted Office Space

Before Renovations After Renovations Interior Office

Our clients purchased a building that previously housed an automobile repair garage and planned to convert the space to an insurance office. We wanted to create a professional look, while maintaining theoriginal footprint of the building.

The brick exterior was in good condition, so we were able to keep the brick, opening the walls to install more windows. One of the garage door openings was used as an entryway and another as a window. The client needed individual office spaces, so offices were placed around the exterior, using the daylight to reduce energy costs.

Glass interior walls were used to help keep the interior offices and corridorbright. The innermost, less used space, was used for storage and office equipment.

Future roadway plans would mean that the client would need to use the back of the building as an entryway, so plans included an entryway on both sides of the building. Once the roadways is built, the client can easily change the entryway to include both the front and the rear of the building.

In the meantime, it is an attractive easy to maintain building that looks every bit as professional as it should.
